Juicing For Health Recipes – Week 1 Completed

Wow so  week one is completed and you can see the results posted below.
I must say this was not a good week for me.  Yes, I cheated.  Friday, Saturday and Sunday I was way off target.  However during the week I did maintain and I was able to see small results this week.

Juicing For Health Recipes Week – 1

Pineapple Green Juice
1/4 large pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into cubes
6 kale leaves
2 cups spinach
1/2 cucumber
4 celery stalks
1 (1-inch) piece of ginger

Not following my juicing plan the full week
My Kabuto’s experience was not kind to my system.
